The news is about a fight between the Yemeni Army and the Shiite insurgents. All started when the rebels tried to win an area closer to the capital, more than 500 people died in the last two days. The capabilities that were effective were long term, because it involves the population, the territory. I’m sure that it also has military-industrial capacity because the militaries need weapons quickly. The military force didn´t function because the revels resisted and now a days continue trying to win those territories.
